By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.
General
・❥・I have the right to refuse your commission.
・❥・Any deadlines must be given at the beginning.
Usage
・❥・Do NOT remove my watermark at any given point.
・❥・Give proper credit with my online handle → PhoenixPeridot.
・❥・Do not claim / promote my artwork as your own.
・❥・Commercial use MUST be discussed with me beforehand.
Revisions
・❥・you are allowed to have up 2 extreme changes during the sketching process (poses, expressions, etc.) Any further requested changes will cost extra.
・❥・Revisions will only be accepted during the sketch phase. (this doesn't include color changes or small adjustments.)
・❥・Minor revisions are ALWAYS free!
Payments + Refunds
・❥・Pricing may increase due to complexity.
・❥・I take full payment up front OR 50% before and after.
・❥・Full refunds is ONLY issued if there are no progress made.
・❥・No reunds after the commission has been completed.
Deadline + Delivery
・❥・ALL deadlines must be disclosed with me.
・❥・Rush commissions will always have an additional fee.
